Tandoori chai made with a special recipe. This recipe is very unique and interesting. Tandoori chai gives a special feeling to customers. All Indian love this chai. This recipe is inspired by a famous tea shop in Pune so it’s called Chai LA Pune.

  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Water -  1 Cup
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Chai Powder - 1.5 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1 inch

How to make Tandoori Chai

  • Put the clay pot on a medium flame for 10 min.

  • Make a tea and added ginger for special flavour and health purpose.

  • Place the clay pot in a deep pot and start pouring the hot tea into it.

  • The tea suddenly starts to bubble in the clay pot. When the bubble is over that is finished cooking.

  • The hot clay pot lends the chai smoky flavour.

  • Hot chai is served in another clean clay pot and serves with bun mask and biscuit.

  • ½ Cup finely chopped Cabbage 
  • ¼ Cup Finely Chopped Onion 
  • ½ Cup Finely Chopped Carrot 
  • 4 Cup Maida 
  • 1 cup corn flour 
  • ½ teaspoon Salt (add as per taste) 
  • Oil as per requirement. 
  • 2 cup Water (add as per requirement) 
  • Tomato ketchup 
  • Red Chili sauce 
  • Veg Manchurian Miracle Masala.

How to Make Vegetable Manchurian Gravy

  • Heat up a pan with 2 tablespoon oil.
  • Add garlic and ginger until for few minutes.
  • Add finely chopped spring onion and capsicum.
  • Then add tomato and red chili sauce (add as per taste)
  • Add Veg Manchurian Miracle Masala.
  • Stir continues when all ingredient mix properly.
  • Pour water and stir well.

Making Veg Manchurian Balls

  • Take Maida, corn flour
  • Add finely chopped onion, carrot, cabbage, and water
  • Add salt for taste.
  • All ingredient mix properly.
  • Make the bolls in around and equal size
  • Fry all bolls until they golden color

How to Make Vegetable Manchurian

  • Mix the veg bolls and Manchurian gravy on a low flame.
  • Serve the veg Manchurian with veg rice or noodles.
